Where the beer is made
Visit Blaker Brewing in Ceres, CA for locally brewed craft beer, cocktails, food trucks, live music, sports, and weekly events. Family and dog-freindly taproom at 1063 Montclaire Drive. Ceres is the original. It's our brewery and our first taproom, and every Blaker beer starts in this building.

Live music and events run most weekends, and event days sometimes start earlier or run later. Check the event calendar before you drive out.
What's pouring
The front patio
Out front there's a patio, and it's the best seat in the house when there's a game on. Pull a chair into the sun, order a pint, watch the street go by.
A truck out front, every day
We don't run a kitchen. A different food truck parks here daily, so whatever is out front is what's for dinner.

Good to know
- Kids and dogs are welcome. Keep an eye on both; dogs on a leash.
- 21+ to drink, and we card everyone. Current, government-issued photo ID.
- Food truck food is welcome. Outside food and drink is not, including non-alcoholic. Licensing rules, not preference.
- No coolers or ice chests.
- Bring your own chair if you like. There is plenty of seating without one.
- No smoking or vaping indoors. Designated areas only, away from the crowd.
The Blaker Event Venue
Suits smaller parties, up to 50 people.
We take table reservations too, so a group can claim a spot in the taproom without booking the whole room. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll build the night around it.
