Blaker Brewing
The Tarmac & TARMAC EVENT VENUE
The Tarmac is Blaker Brewing's Atwater taproom and outdoor event venue. Two bars, a stage under open sky, a covered patio, and a rotating lineup of the valley's best food trucks. Come for a pint after work. Stay for whoever's playing.
It's also the biggest room we have — space for 2000 standing, seating for 1500 — which is why it does double duty as one of the area's larger event venues. Same beer, same people, a lot more room.

The food is never ours, and that's the point
We don't run a kitchen. We run a rotation. A different truck most nights, and over the years that's meant Runner Runner Pizza, La Patrona, Phantom's, Torres, El Sazon Sinaloense, Carmelita's, Serrano's Mexican Grill, Chubby's, Chole Bhature Spot, Phet Noi Kitchen, REI Teppanyaki, and Antojitos Bros.
Outside food from the trucks is welcome anywhere on the property. See who's parked up this week on the events calendar.
Good to know
Kids and dogs are welcome. Keep an eye on both; dogs on a leash.
21+ to drink, and we card everyone. Current, government-issued photo ID.
Food truck food is welcome. Outside food and drink is not — that includes non-alcoholic. Licensing rules, not preference.
No coolers or ice chests.
Bring your own chair if you like. There's plenty of seating without one.
No smoking or vaping indoors. Designated areas only, away from the crowd.
Free Parking
Free parking on site, right at the entrance. On big event nights the lot fills early — [ overflow location ] is your backup.
exception: 4th of July is paid parking, all proceeds go to the non-profit Atwater Firework Committee to help fund the firework show
Book the whole place or a small party!!
Weddings, birthdays, engagement parties, corporate mixers, fundraisers, cornhole tournaments, beer yoga. We've hosted all of it, and the venue handles 2000 people without feeling crowded. Also, table reservations for smaller groups of 20 or less and every group in between
Three bars. A stage. Upscale catering or a pizza package — your call. Tell us what you're imagining and we'll build the night around it.
